Welcome to my Construction Guide.
First off, Teleport to the Home Area via you're spellbook and follow the white arrow on this map -
Once you get there, click on the purple portal to access the old home area.
Once inside the old home area, click on the purple portal next to you.
This will pop up the Construction interface and allow you to make things.
Construction Interface -
Each of those objects require certain objects to make them :
- Fern -> 1 Guam, 1 Logs
- Tree -> 3 Logs
- Chair -> 10 Nails, 2 Oak Planks
- Bookcase -> 15 Nails, 3 Oak Planks
- Greenman's Ale -> 15 Nails, 2 Oak Planks
- Small Oven -> 2 Iron Bars
- Carved Oak Bench -> 15 Nails, 3 Oak Planks
- Painting Stand -> 20 Nails, 2 Oak Planks
- Bed -> 20 Nails, 3 Oak Planks
- Teak Drawers -> 20 Nails, 2 Teak Planks
- Mithril Armour -> Full Mithril ( No Kite )
- Adamant Armour -> Full Adamant ( No Kite )
- Rune Armour -> Full Rune ( No Kite )
- Rune Display Case -> 100 Law Runes, 100 Nature Runes, 2 Teak Planks
- Archery Target -> 25 Nails, 3 Teak Planks
- Combat Stone -> 4 Iron Bars
- Mahogany Prize Chest -> 20 Nails, 2 Mahogany Planks
- Lectern -> 40 Nails, 2 Mahogany Planks
- Brystal of Power -> 15 Nails, 2 Mahogany Planks, 1 Iron Bar
- Altar -> 15 Nails, 2 Mahogany Planks, 1 Iron Bar
- Intense Burners -> 10 Nails, 2 Mahogany, 1 Kwuarm
- Hedge -> 2 Logs, 2 Kwuarms
- Rocnar -> 2 Adamant Bar, 2 Kwuarm
- Bank Chest -> 40 Nails, 2 Mahogany Planks, 1 Iron Bar
To buy Planks and Nails, Trade the Workman who can be found next to the portal.

For the Required Levels for each object,
Move you're mouse cursor over the object and it will tell you the items required and level required.
Although Contruction is a bit bugged, you must log out and log in every time you build something or teleport away and back.
