For great combat xp and money simply go to minigames teleport in your spell book. Then click barbarian assault. Once there turn your protect from melee on and attack the green Penance Fighters for maximum xp
if your lower level i suggest attacking the white ones. Note to always pick up the magic boxes and coins. coins come as 50,000 gold each and using the magic box will summon a cyclops lvl 81
