First off, Teleport to "Home" using your spellbook and follow the orange line to the Banker. (Make sure you are on normal spellbook so u can use telekinetic grab to get drops and also have normal prayer book on).
When you are at the banker, here is the equipment and inventory you should bring -
Note: For the gear, you dont actually need the Beret, Strength Amulet, and Ring of Recoil, but the rest is all important).
Next off, walk to the Johnny npc who can be found by following this red arrow -
Make sure you have 100k or Johnny wont take you to the Sea Troll Queen.
When you arrive, you will be teleported here :
Get you're Magic protection on and run to the Sea Troll Queen near the shore and attack her.
Note: You
CANNOT Melee the Sea Troll Queen, You
MUST Range or Mage it.
Next off, attack the Queen and always lay an eye on you're prayer, when it goes below 20 drink the restore potion.
The Queen will also drain You're Prayer, Mage, and Range stats every once in a while.
Optional : Summoning Puches are also very useful as they can do alot of damage to the Troll Queen.
When the Queen dies, Telekinetic Grab you're drop and wait for the Queen to spawn again.
The Queen spawns about every 10-15 seconds so be fast to grab you're drop!
