When I first tried to log on the server, paths wasn't specified and I had to change it. This might cause a lot of trouble to new players who have never came across that before and may even lead them to thinking server is down etc. I think this can be fixed by adding commands like

if exist "%HOMEDRIVE%/Program Files/Java/jre6/bin/" goto x86
if exist "%HOMEDRIVE%/Program Files (x86)/Java/jre7/bin/" goto x764
if exist "%HOMEDRIVE%/Program Files/Java/jre7/bin/" goto x786
if defined java goto :x121
Also when i try to teleport, it would often send me to wrong places other than the places I clicked
I know you the server is brand new and that you are doing you're best but i just thought I'd let you know just in case you haven't
