Alright people of Project Gold, we haven't had a competition so this one will be our first.

Competition Information

This competition is about gathering players, as we are in desperately need of players, we will give out juicy rewards to the first two who gets the most players.

You can do anything from advertising in forums, to making videos in Youtube, Dailymotion etc. There will ofcourse be a set of rules which you will need to read before starting off.

Competition Rules

-You cannot make your own accounts and cheat your way through this competition because we will check every account referred and if you somehow are trying to cheat you will be punished and disqualified.
-You cannot spam other servers. This is strictly forbidden and if you are caught doing so you will be disqualified and punished.
-You cannot pay people in GP/Items to join the server. If they don't want to join then let it go.
-You cannot make false advertisements about the server, for example "This server has commands where you will get 99 in everything and items for free!!!".
-Most of all, it is highly important that you are honest while advertising, trust me that will help alot.

How do I start off?
You could start off easily by visting our server page in the Moparscape Status List: http://www.moparscape.org/serverstatus.php?server=projectgold.no-ip.org From there you can gather up pictures, videos and the whole text if you want.

What we recommend is YouTube. In YouTube there are many many active users browsing the page for new Runescape servers they could play in. It is also appreciated if you make YouTube videos about our server, because that will definitely help alot.

You could also register in Runescape-related forums and advertise there as long as they allow it. There are many ways to advertise this server. All you have to do is just follow the rules and you will be all set for this competition.

What you will do when getting players is getting them to post right here in this topic with the following format:

Deadline

Competition ends on the 21th of August 2012 at 6 PM Central Time.

Prizes

First place: Random rare set (H'Ween, Party-Hats etc)
Second place: Godsword set (Armadyl, Bandos, Saradomin and Zamorak)
